Victoria Lodge is a deceptively spacious, large self-catering house providing accommodation over three
floors. With seven bedrooms the house can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people if
required. However, the tariff is for 4 - 7 bedrooms,but any booking guarantees the sole
occupancy of the house irrespective of how many rooms are taken.
Ground floor. The entrance porch leads into the hallway off which is a large lounge with gas fire,TV,
dvd player and music centre. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the modern facilities and
there is a large table providing ample seating for guests. An adjacent utility room provides
extra cooking facilities, fridge, fridge/freezer,washing machine and there is a tumble dryer
in the cellar. There is also a large double bedroom on this floor.
First floor. Two large double bedrooms with an extra single bed in each room and one small double,
together with the main bathroom with a large walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet. Also
a separate toilet and hand basin.
Second floor. Three double bedrooms one of which has a hand basin. The second
bathroom with a bath, electric shower,hand basin and toilet.
To the rear of the Lodge is a small courtyard with a stone built BBQ and garden furniture
for those hot summer days.
Additional information.
1. All utilities are included with the exception of the tumble dryer which is coin operated.
2. There is off road parking for 3 cars with more street parking close by.
3. If staying more than 1 week laundry change and cleaning in provided.
4. A cot and high chair can be provide on request.
5. All bedding, tea towels and bathmats are provided.
6. TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
7. FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND CONNECTION IS AVAILABLE.
