Hardwick Hall just 3 miles away and Chatsworth House under 20 minutes away. Matlock and Matlock Bath together with Bakewell (located in the Peak District National Park) are all within 20 to 30 minutes away.
The Accommodation
Whiteboro Lodge is a newly converted barn set in its own grounds with ample parking space for a car and horse box. The lodge sleeps 4. Facilities include first floor double bedroom with on suite shower room. A second WC on the ground floor. A large new fully equipped kitchen with range cooker and washing machine. Large lounge with a 42" television. Gas central heating, combi boiler,electricity and bedding all included in the price.

Walking, cycling and bridleways are all closeby and accessed from the Teversal Trails which is just a short distance from the Lodge. The well known 5 Pits Trail can also be accessed here. There is plenty of shopping areas within easy distance of the Lodge, Sutton in Ashfield, Mansfield, Chesterfield (with its crooked spire) and a large shopping centre East Midlands Retail Park just 15 minutes away on the A38 near junction 28 on the M1.
There are several pubs and restaurants in the area including The Hardwick Inn, situated at the gates of Hardwick Hall. Just down the road in Teversal itself is the Canarvon Country Pub and Restaurant. Both are well known in the area for their fine dining.
