We provide courses in the arts, rural crafts, conservation and holistic physical activities and tours of historical and cultural interest in the Derbyshire Peak District.

We promote the countryside and endeavour to make its working traditions, health benefits and many tourist attractions accessible to our guests.

We can offer you a choice of courses and tours with specialist instructors from 2 days upwards in duration. The price for each holiday includes accommodation (based on 2 people sharing), all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks), transport on tour, admission fees, guidance / tuition and the use of equipment, unless otherwise stated.

Location
Peak District Adventures uses its own accommodation at the Queen’s Head in Bonsall, Ruskins at Monsal Head and Lees Farm near to Taddington.

Sample course - Kickstart to fitness
We will help you take the first step towards a healthier way of life. These courses of 2 - 3 days duration cater for any level of fitness and provide a programme of consistent, but gentle exercise and an opportunity to experience different activities, including nordic walking, yoga and pilates. There is no pressure to participate in any session and if you want to take some time out, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy and places to visit in the beautiful Peak District countryside.

Ideal to stir you into action for a wedding, beach holiday or other special occasion. Also ideal for hen parties. You will be guaranteed 7 hours per day of gentle exercise and instruction in holistic activities.

The entry level criteria for this course is that you are able to walk comfortably (not necessarily quickly) for a minimum of 1 hour).
