Your host Martin is a qualified outdoor instructor and has access to a range of outdoor equipment in order for you to take full advantage of the outdoor playground that is Derbyshire.
We can supply all the personal kit you may need, and a packed lunch if youre out all day. All you need to bring is a bit of enthusiasm and well do the rest!
There are a number of options available according to your requirements either self-managed or instructor led.
Peak Serenity Workshops - Workshops and special interest breaks are held here at Cliff farm throughout the year.
We also have excellent facilities for businesses who wish to mix business with pleasure by holding meeting or team - building excercises from our premises.
Study the art of T`ai Chi (both Yang and Lee style) , Reiki, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Crystal Healing and Indian Head Massage.

Derbyshire Arts Centre - Based at Pear Tree Farm , Lea Bridge near Matlock, the Derbyshire Arts Centre provides Educational Arts Courses and Holidays.
All our Painting Courses are taught by experienced professional established artists who provide structured teaching in their specialized subject. Charles Evans and Keith Fenwick have their own TV programme. Look out for contemporary artists Lewis Noble and Michael Porter with Rob Wareing (pastels and acylic) and award winning Roy Lang for seascapes in oils. Attend daily if local or you do not need accommodation
Transpeak Walks -
Transpeak Walks is a 'not for profit' voluntary group which organises 'free to the public' guided walks in the Peak District, concentrating on the Hope Valley (Manchester-Sheffield), Buxton and Glossop railway lines.
