Church of St Edmund, largely rebuilt in the 19th century by Stevens and Robinson of Derby but retaining it's low 13th century tower and a Norman doorway. There are several memorials from the 17th and 18th centuries to the Mundy's of Markeaton and the Evans and Johnsons of Allestree Hall
